[attr="class","sitepostname"]BEAUTIFUL CREATURES [attr="class","sitepost1"] | ranks, levels & loyalty All characters start at a specific level depending on their age, experience and role type within the dynasty. In order to advance to certain roles within the dynasty - i.e - Guardian, certain levels may be required which are gained through roleplay. In essence; pups aged between 0 and 22 months are level 0; adolescent pups aged over 12 months but younger than 24 months and are level 1; this is because they have few threads and few in character experiences that have developed who they are as a character. All adult wolves above 2 years old (24 months) years old are deemed level 2 unless they have achieved a specific role in a dynasty/pack. Level 2-3 characters still have a lot of development in terms of love, drama, moral choices and rank progression. Levels 4 - 5 are all for creatures older than 1.8 years but have earned higher pack ranks. Creatures in higher ranks tend to be more experienced and older; greater plots and plenty of in character development. A character's level changes based on role, experience, and back-story which are determined by in-character experiences. The older you are - the more experienced you are, is generally how it works. But, of course, this is not always the case. Ranks symbolize your character’s strength and authority within the dynasty. Cubs who are younger and more naive are not strong enough nor carry overly large amounts of authority hence their low rank. Creatures who have disobeyed orders and betrayed the pack find themselves eating worse cuts of meat and being treated much more poorly than those who work hard and fight loyally for the pack’s beliefs. Creatures who are actively involved in raids and have earned a lot of loyalty from the Kings/Queens will find themselves being considered for higher ranks within the dynasty - this will ultimately increase their level too. In character development = increased/decreased loyalty = higher/lower ranks Loyalty is another aspect that determines the amount of trust the higher ups have in a character. More on this down further. superior ranks King and Queen* (2; male and female or same gender) - The King (for males) and Queen (for females) are known for leading their Dynasties in many different kinds of ways. Some rule fair and just while others rule with an iron fist. Kings and Queens are normally addressed by their rank and name following after or "Your Majesty/Your Highness". It's a way to show your respect and loyalty and silently show submission. Their word is law and to be taken seriously, do not underestimate them! You can become a King or Queen in many different kinds of ways. Depending on what kind of government the clan you want to rule will affect the way you will become its King or Queen. There normally is one pair of King's and Queens, often times they are mates, but on the occasion, we might see one Queen or King leading by themselves. (Level 5) Duke and Duchess* (2) - Dukes and Duchess' are second in command and take control of the Dynasty while the King and Queen are away. There can be up to two Dukes and Duchess' per Dynasty, one male, and the other female. However, they do not need to be a mated pair if they do not want to be. If the King or Queen do not have an heir than the Dukes or Duchess will become the next King or Queen of the Dynasty. They help regulate the Dynasty and advise their King/Queen when needed. (Level 5) Heir* (1) - Heirs are normally the offspring of the King/Queen that later become the next King/Queen depending on the Dynasty. The heirs are often chosen by their father or are put in an area and fight till one submits to become the next heir. The method of which the heir is selected can vary from ruler to ruler. Once a heir has been selected, the King or Queen will train the heir to become the next ruler. They do not need to have a mate in order to have an heir. (Depending on age, loyalty and experience; level 1 – 5. Ages 0 – 22 months = 1.5 level. 1.8+ years old with low loyalty = 2.5 level. 1.8+ years old with average demonstrated loyalty = 3.5 level. 1.8+ years old with high loyalty = 4.5. 4+ years old with low loyalty = 4.5. 4+ years old with high loyalty = 5). Guardians* (1-2) - The Guardian is a personal guard of the King/Queen. When in battle they watch out for the Queen and her offspring and protect them with their life. You can see them around the King/Queen almost always unless stated otherwise. They also help enforce the warriors of the Dynasty. It is not required of them to watch the King or Queens offspring, however, if they are in danger it is required of them to protect them with their life. They do not leave the King/Queens offspring unguarded even when the King or Queen are being attacked or in battle. There are only two guardians, one of both genders. They do not need to be mates to one another. These animals are hand chosen by the King/Queen. (Level 4) Preymaster (Paladin for Eleos)* (1-2) - lead hunters/huntresses who are responsible for overseeing hunters/foragers. The Paladins work closely with the Betas when it comes to issues or troubles relating to fighting. Paladins are tasked with ensuring there are regular territory checks and that the borders are always marked and patrolled. Paladin's are required to organize these on a regular basis. (Level 4) subordinate ranks Hunter (∞) - Hunter's are very important. They have to be quick on their feet in order to catch the packs next meal. They specialize in stalking and hunting and sometimes even tracking. Without the hunters, the dynasty would starve to death. They know the best places to hunt. They are normally slender and swift-footed animals. (Level 3)
Warrior (∞) - Warrior's are protectors of the Dynasty, they usually are the first to go into battle and make sure that the clan is safe. These animals have no qualms when it comes to killing and spilling blood, they usually are bulky and large and find it easy to throw their weight around. (Level 3) Shaman (1-2) - When it comes to wounds, sickness, and herbs these are the animals to go to. They enjoy helping those around them and taking care of the weak and sick. Without the Shamans, the dynasty would die off. When it comes to their job they can be a bit of a smarty pants with their knowledge in the arts of healing. These animals are often prepared and calm in tough times. (Level 3) Apothecary (1-2) – These are creatures which are trained beneath the Shaman. They specialize in the arts of healing and caring for sick and wounded. (Level depends on age and skill: 1 – 2) Nannies (∞) - Nannies are the animals that take care of the dynasties offspring while their parents are away. Pups and cubs often call them just nanny as it's hard to pronounce their full name. Nannies are generally very nurturing and caring animals who are vigilant. After all, they have a hoard to take care of. (Level 2) Elder (∞) – Creatures who have served the pack long and hard for numerous years and are now unable to fight or hunt as well as they once could. The elders due to age, are lower ranked in the pack. The elders are not defined as scum however and are still treated with reasonable respect. (Level 2). lower ranks Omega (∞) - The omegas are the lowest ranking animals in the Dynasty, but they are important. They keep the peace between pack members. They also run errands for adult animals in the dynasty. They must make sure that the dens are clean and they eat last whenever a meal is present. If an animal is in a high or regular rank and they break the rules in their pack, the King or Queen could immediately give them the omega rank. Omega's also care for any of the Dynasty's offspring. Often in Fengari Omega's are treated unfairly and seen as the pack's beating bag, Eleos Omegas are treated much more fairly. (Level 1) Pupils (∞) - Pupils are the young of the Dynasty or otherwise known as apprentices. The dynasty trains them as a whole, however, they will be trained by someone of the rank they want to go into when they grow up. Pupils range between ages 4 months to 2 years old before they do an assignment that the King or Queen will task them with. (Level 1) IMPORTANT NOTE: All ranks with a * must be earned through roleplay or auditions [newclass=".sitepost1"]width:150px; height:350px; position:relative; left:0px; [/newclass][newclass=".sitepostname"]font-size:30px; text-align:center; line-height:150px; margin-top:125px; margin-left:-125px; width:400px; height:150px; transform:rotate(90deg); font-family:Cinzel;[/newclass][newclass=".sitepost1:before"]content: ''; border-bottom: 150px solid rgba(0,0,0,0); border-left: 150px solid #ccdedc; width: 0;[/newclass] |
